JOCK McCLOREY TOURNAMENT 2009

Please find attached the Jock McClorey Fixtures for the Under 9.s, 10’s and 11’s. Date 25th April 2009. Venue: Charlton Sports Centre, Andover Facilities: Pavilion for changing if necessary, plenty of car parking spaces. Catering: There will be drinks, barbeque and other food available for purchasing on the day. First Aid: Please remember it is the clubs responsibility to provide First Aid, as with normal games. Refereeing: It will be necessary to provide a referee to help out in games, see fixtures. Decisions: All decisions on the day will be final and made by the Management Committee. Trophies: Each age group and Division will be awarded trophies for winners and runners up, all other team players will be awarded a medal. 10 trophies/medals will be awarded for each team for Under 9’s and 10’s and 13 for Under 11’s. If you require more please make sure you make the committee aware on the day, so as to avoid disappointment, any additional trophies/medals must be paid for by the club. Handicaps: Handicaps have been calculated based on the season’s results, up to and including the 22 April 2009, some amendments may take place to those stated on the fixture list. Registration: Please make sure you register 15 minutes before the start of the competition. THIS TOURNAMENT IS MANDATORY TO ALL UNDER 9’S, 10’S AND 11’S
